The Assault Airbike is highly suitable for High Intensity Interval Training. Just fifteen minutes of cycling on the Assault Airbike will make the training up to fifty percent more effective than endurance is training when it comes to burning fat. Next to that, the Airbike is often used for training purposes in physical therapy. The Assault AirBike offers infinite and unlimited workouts.

Assault Airbike
The Assault Airbike is used for High Intensity Interval Training, and helps to reach the maximum exercise capacity in a short amount of time. Because of this, the HITT is up to 50% more effective when it comes to burning fat. Because of the high amount of effort, the process of burning fat will continue for about 30 minutes after the training is finished.
How does the Airbike work?
The Assault Airbike uses a drag system. With this system, the resistance of the bike will get heavier the moment the user cycles faster. The pedals are used to train the legs, hips and buttocks, while at the same time the arms, chest and shoulders are trained by using the handles. This makes it possible for everyone to get a maximal result and full body workout out of his interval training.
