- Plate Hole size 30mm
- High quality cast iron plates are hand crafted and inspected. A tough, premium rubber casing made from virgin and recycled rubber covers each plate.
- The recessed tri-grip handles have spacious openings fitting comfortably in the hand, are rounded with integrated finger slots and slotted for easy loading and offloading. The weight numbers are molded into each plate. The solid steel precision hub ensures a perfect fit on standard bars.
- Use with a standard bar or use as hands-on weights (without the bar) for weight assisted sit-ups, roman chair back extensions, overhead presses, lateral shoulder raises, oblique twists, etc.

Standard Rubber Weight Plates
The Standard Rubber Coated Plate, designed for both professional or home use, is a must for any gym. With a wide rim for ease of carry, the Armortech standard Rubber Coated 3 Holes Weight Plate are built of the finest materials and allow you to just focus on adding more to your bar. The Tri Grip plates are designed to make lifting and loading weights onto bars easier. The rubber coating provides a more aesthetic finish than plain or painted cast iron finishes. The rubber coating also protects against rust and reduces noise of discs “clanking” against each other – rubber also protects floor coverings.
